We've created a token economy activity that will be a little more fun and effective for children.
A token economy is a system where children are given small rewards (tokens) every time they do something good. It would be great if you could encourage them to collect tokens and exchange them for bigger rewards.
How to use:
Ticket Token:
Please print as many copies of the tickets as you would like and decide how many tickets your child needs to collect (e.g. 3 purple tickets for a reward).
The green ticket has a blank reward image. Please use it by attaching the reward image your child wants.
Puzzle Tokens:
There are 12 puzzle boards in total.
Find the reward your child wants and cut the puzzle along the dotted line.
Give your child a puzzle piece each time he or she does something right, and give him or her the reward pictured on the puzzle when he or she collects all four pieces.
Counterfeit money:
There are $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100, and $500 bills.
Print out a bunch of bills and give your child one each time he or she performs a positive behavior.
